Have had successively worse experiences each time I return here which is a shame. After the treatment of this last time I do no know if I will be returning. The tire that I asked them to fix due to a return here which is a shame. After the treatment of this last time I do no know if I will be returning. The tire that I asked them to fix due to a puncture still leaks at a regular rate. My vehicle was not returned to me in a timely fashion after having left it there for nearly 7 hours for a quick brake inspection and replacement. I was then told upon my arrival that the work hadn't even been started yet and instead of allowing me to take my vehicle and leave with it, they said they had already begun work immediately and that it would be ready for another couple hours. I was therefore forced to return the next day ruining any and all evening plans. More

They did the job well. Nelson was a good service consultant. He was the only one who was wearing a mask the entire time, however.
