I've been coming to Boucher Hyundai for years and have been very happy with the service. However, this time I was extremely disturbed by many staff not wearing isolation masks. Some staff were wearing m been very happy with the service. However, this time I was extremely disturbed by many staff not wearing isolation masks. Some staff were wearing masks but many were not. This included service writers (not mine) fact to face with customers, mechanics walking through public areas, and sales/office staff. If someone doesn't want to wear a mask that's their business. But to expose your customers shows the lack of respect you have for us. By the way, every other customer I saw was wearing a mask. More

It's been a long time since I initially bought my new car, and I'm still waiting on my roof rails that were promised with the purchase. Just a oil change and a tire rotation, was in and out in very little time, At the same time they replace the engine air filter.
