Friendly, Informative, Relaxed. I saw a vehicle on their website that interested me. So I gave Boucher a call and spoke with Fawn. We set a time to meet. She went over all of its features. I was impressed with the depth of her knowledge. My wife and I decided that we did not like the color so we asked Fawn about other color options. She showed us all of their cars in various colors and trims. It took us a while but we found one that we liked. Now the "fun" begins. Negotiating a price was pretty easy and straight forward. We went back and forth a few times and agreed on a price. There was no pressure whatsoever which was nice. It was getting close to closing so we would have to return the next day to close the deal. We returned the next day to find the car waiting for us in the service center. The trailer hitch that I ordered was installed and the car was detailed. Though we paid cash we still had to meet with Raphael the finance manager. I told him straight away that we were not interested in any extended warranties etc. He did not try to push any extras on us. He was a very funny guy. We shared car dealer scenes from the movie Fargo and laughed out loud together. We liked Raphael. We then went back to see Fawn who was babysitting our puppy while we were away. I told Fawn that we were getting hungry. She sneaked me into the back room were the dealership bought bbq for the employees because it was Saturday. I helped myself to some cookies and snacks. Fawn then gave me our dog back, handed me the keys, and away we went. Overall buying a new car at Boucher was a first-class experience and one I would thoroughly reccomend to anyone undecided on where to buy a Hyundai. More

Good service, friendly, the only nearby option for a Genesis dealer. There's room for improvement in their customer service because the salesmen are more familiar with Hyundai than the Genesis veh for a Genesis dealer. accomodating as always the service department served me well. I was among the minority wearing masks, and felt that was respected. As usual, those waiting did not sit close to each other; as always folks desire their space. Staff had insights on who would be comfortable as often they sat right next to client. Hope I do not have to come back until this crisis is over. More
