We went in prepared to test drive the Palisade and leave. Our sales rep was accommodating, even at closing time. We weren’t prepared to fall in love with the vehicle and all of the features. Our experience dealing with Mike was awesome. He was focused on our needs and worked with us throughout the process. Mike did not pressure us and gave us our space when we were making our final decision. He was certainly a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a new car purchase.
