Where to begin. Dan Klinkman, the “salesman” seemed to be unaware how to sell a car. After leaving us in the parking lot for 15 minutes to get a mechanic, we called to see where he went. He finally answered unaware how to sell a car. After leaving us in the parking lot for 15 minutes to get a mechanic, we called to see where he went. He finally answered and said “well I’m in the building where are you?” After figuring out what building he was in, we sat down to negotiate. Dan first comment was “do you need plates?” After one round of Dan running behind the curtain to ask his manager, he told us there was nothing he could do for us and said have a good day. Hours later, Dan’s manager, Chris Baker, texted and asked what he could do to help us. Thru some negotiating, we settled on a price and went in to sign papers about a week later. The papers were wrong and had to be redone after we were there. There was a contingency with the sale, to fix the strut on the rear door and the power mirrors were not working and to be fixed. We signed the papers on Feb 4, today is Feb 19 and finally received a text from Dan regarding it being ready for pickup at about 11am. Went to pick it up around 3pm and saw Dan driving it fast thru the parking lot, go up on the curb and back down. Not sure why that had to go on. Then the inside was full of dried snow/salt residue and had not been cleaned out whatsoever. Who gives a customer their vehicle filthy from the dealership? Now the backup light was not working so still waiting. This has been a bit ridiculous. Years ago, I dealt with the Boucher on Hwy 100 and always thought fondly of my experience there, which led me back to Boucher this time. Hopefully we get to actually pick up this vehicle soon and with no more issues. More

Brandon, Service Associate helped me out tremendously with my vehicle situation. I brought vehicle in to have check engine light and code checked. Thankfully my parts were covered under my extended power with my vehicle situation. I brought vehicle in to have check engine light and code checked. I was originally told that parts were not available until next day...however to my surprise Brandon went above/beyond and got the parts so I could have the work done that same day. Very appreciated of that and the customer service was very satisfactory. :) More
