New Tires I had new tires placed on my Tucson. The service manager said he would call if the wheels needed alignment. Unfortunately, I cannot answer my cell p I had new tires placed on my Tucson. My husband, who had off that day, called to tell the service department we would like the alignment. My husband left a voice mail with Randy. Then I received 2 more messages late afternoon asking if we wanted the wheels aligned. My husband called again and talked with a new service technician. Basically, they quickly aligned the wheels. Although we had to wait for an hour before picking the car up. Please check voice mail messages. Although there was a lack of communication, we are happy so far with the tires. More
