I am very happy with all who work on my car but it is very difficult to get the appointment in the first place. No one in service department answers the phone . If you leave a message ,no one calls you b very difficult to get the appointment in the first place. No one in service department answers the phone . If you leave a message ,no one calls you back. Sometimes I leave a message and state I just have a quick question but no one calls me back. I will say once after 5 attempts to make a service app and no one calling back I asked to talk to a manager and was immediately helped and received an app in a treasonable time. Thank You Linda More

My score dropped a lot because of that, even though I only financed a small amount. I might have dropped another star because the sales manager gave false information about what was included with the purchase. But, I ended up with a great car and I can ding him in the next rating.
