was not able to get my car in for service on the dates i wanted. Also no vehicles available. My car wad in service for 3 weeks. I had to rent a car, pay for it and have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. D wanted. Also no vehicles available. My car wad in service for 3 weeks. Performance uneven. Felt like I was thrown out of a bar when I stopped to ask about an oil change. I think all dealers lie about having loaner cars. They tell you yes and then don't have anywhere the time comes. Theses cars are not treated like luxury cars. That is a big problem for Genesis. Ser vice needs to pick up a bit and be more accomodating. More
