The repair was completed in the time that was quoted, but it seems the time quoted was very padded. I watched the technician walk away from my vehicle and remain absent for long periods of time on multiple it seems the time quoted was very padded. Maybe the glass wall into the service bays is not the best idea, as I just became angry as I watched him. Though the waiting area is well appointed, technicians need to remember that there is a person attached to the vehicle they are working on, and that person would like to continue on with their day.
