The service center was great, it was the unfulfilled promises of the sales management that left me disappointed and frustrated. After speaking to the manager that the contract was made with, it was promised to be repaired “by his guy” and “done right”. When I picked up my car the paint repair looked like a child filled it in with white out. It was not even, and the paint did not match the color of my vehicle. When speaking to the sales manager again, he had excuses as to why it couldn’t be done well including it being expensive. He said he would talk to “his guy” to see what could be done and he would order me a paint pen that matched the color of my car so I could go over the spot they should have professionally fixed. He said it would take 4 days to come in once it was ordered and he would call me. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and no call. Truly disappointing. More

It was my first visit. I was greeted enthusiastically and escorted to the waiting lounge where my service advisor, JC, met me.
