Jerry Williams and the maintenance tech crew did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the AC issue and ordered parts. Returned a week later for install and some OEM recommended 50k mile maintenance. The repair was completed in the time that was quoted, but it seems the time quoted was very padded. I watched the technician walk away from my vehicle and remain absent for long periods of time on multiple it seems the time quoted was very padded. I watched the technician walk away from my vehicle and remain absent for long periods of time on multiple occasions. I also watched him chitchat with multiple other technicians. Maybe the glass wall into the service bays is not the best idea, as I just became angry as I watched him. Though the waiting area is well appointed, technicians need to remember that there is a person attached to the vehicle they are working on, and that person would like to continue on with their day.
