The dealership suffers from being in an area that feels like a third world bizarre. Parking is non-existent. Purchased a Genesis GV80 in Round Rock. Had one key, they would mail the other. Trouble for me is the 2 keys had to be programed together and I don't live in Round Rock. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, no matter how many times you leave a message you don't get a return phone call. When you finally get an appointment, they tell you it will take up to 3 weeks to ge many times you leave a message you don't get a return phone call.
