I was immediately greeted and brought to the waiting room as I had chosen to stay and wait for my car. I could see the work being done as large windows are by the waiting room. Went in for a buff on side panels, and a rattling noise in the back. Mechanic/Technician sends me a video of stating it’s a tool box I have in the back. I would hope a premium luxury vehicle/dealership would provide that. I also told my service advisor that I was running low on coolant Basically to summarize it seems like there is not a lot of effort happening when it comes to servicing the vehicle. I had just went into service in December 2024 and was told everything looks great and no even 2-4 weeks later I was told car needs an alignment. Overall I am highly disappointedly with quality of care and service. More

However, the waiting area's large window, while offering a pleasant view, presents a significant challenge due to direct sunlight. The windows brightness make it uncomfortable. The absence of blinds makes it an issue, impacting both customers and staff. More
