In October, 2024, my wife and I went to Genesis of Ontario to view their selection of GV80s, and actually see the vehicle in person. We had been to a couple other dealerships for different brands, but upon seeing the GV80 in person, my wife and I both looked at each other and said, "wow." As Ali showed us some of the features and allowed us to take a test ride, it was very clear to both of us that for the money, this vehicle offers (by far) the best value. I have never been in a vehicle that provides such a smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle that day! After four months, this vehicle has been flawless. I cannot say enough positive things about Genesis of Ontario, and especially our salesman, Ali Yangin. More

Eduardo went above and beyond, spending over an hour walking me and the wife through the car’s features, setup, and functions. All the paperwork was done online or in person under 10 minutes! He even fulfilled a request to bring a red bow for pictures. Even after the sale, he remained helpful, taking my call on the weekend to assist with the Genesis app. The only minor issue was a small contract error, be sure to review everything carefully. Overall, Eduardo’s outstanding service made this an excellent experience. More
