I had a phenomenal experience purchasing my 2025 GV70 from Genesis of Ontario and specifically need to highlight the premium customer service that I received from Eduardo Tinoco, my Sales Advisor. It’s been awhile since I’ve purchased a new vehicle and the whole process always seems a bit daunting but I am so grateful that Eduardo reached out to me and offered to help me find my dream car. I am located in San Diego and was a little uneasy about the buying process since I couldn’t physically make it to the dealer but Eduardo was so patient and helpful and really put me at ease from the get go. He was upfront and honest about pricing and put together a great range of options for me. He provided simple price breakdowns and an OTD price when asked and it made it very obvious that he was trying to make the whole buying process as easy as possible which is rare nowadays. The whole purchase process from the initial phone call to the home delivery was quicker than I ever thought it could be and I’m so grateful to Eduardo for making this such a pleasant experience. Now that I have had the Genesis experience of purchasing a car from the comfort of my own home, in pajamas no less, I don’t think I could ever go back to the old way of rotting away in a finance manager’s office for hours eating stale popcorn and talking in circles. I also need shoutout the fact that this dealer stocks the Slate Grey/Velvet Burgundy interior. I didn’t even know that this color way existed until I perused their site and was floored by how INSANE the color is. I am so excited to be a part of the Genesis family and would recommend Genesis of Ontario to anyone (especially fellow SoCal residents) that want to treat themselves to a little bougie upgrade :) Thank you again to Eduardo, Bailey and everyone at Genesis of Ontario.
