We apologize for the experience you are having and are working with Genesis Financial to get this resolved. However, while this is actively being worked on, we recommended you make you payment so there is no negative impact on your credit and in fact sent you a check to cover the difference of payment out of good faith since we are trying to correct the issue. So we would appreciate more clarity into the situation rather than a negative review implying that we are not working to correct the situation and ignoring all of this. Again, we sincerely apologize.
