We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Catherine Foss at Genesis of South Shore. After contacting several dealerships, it became clear that while Genesis is a luxury brand, not every dealership truly delivers a luxury level of service. From the very beginning, we explained that we were looking to lease a Genesis and, as two very busy professionals working in the city, we needed a seamless, high-end experience with documents prepared and the vehicle delivered. We wanted to avoid the usual dealership hassle, back-and-forth, and negotiating process, and Catherine completely exceeded every expectation. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the best possible option. Not only did she secure an excellent price, but she also got us into the exact model and configuration we had been searching for online. What truly set her apart was her willingness to go above and beyond. When another dealership told us delivery wasn’t an option, Catherine worked with her manager and personally drove the car to our apartment building in the city, handed us the keys, and made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. It honestly felt almost too good to be true. We’re still in disbelief that we get to drive such an incredible vehicle and that the process could be this smooth. We have never worked with someone so professional, accommodating, and kind, and we would absolutely work with her again without hesitation. If you’re reading this review and considering Genesis of South Shore, do yourself a favor and ask for Catherine. You will receive true white glove service and an experience that fully reflects what a luxury brand should be. More
