There has been no communication. My car has been in the shop for over 2 months and they haven't gotten one single update. When I put it in the shop I was told there was going to be a loaner ready that day. And when it came time to get the loaner, there wasn't one ready. I had to wait a week without a car for the loaner, after asking everyday and getting no response. The reason my car is there is because it was having problems while it started. The last time I got my car serviced a few months ago, I had wrote in the notes to have them look at that. And it even had a problem starting up when it was dropped off at the dealership for the initial service before I brought it back. But it's been about three months since y'all had my car, and haven't gotten a single update on it yet. More
When I picked up my new Genesis GV70 the support team could not have been more helpful. The car was ready, fully outfitted, snd sparkling clean.
