I had recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I called to ask if I will get rental from Jeep since this is whole day job and I am not looking to take a day off from work menager Phill tread it me rude. I politley asked why wouldn't they provide rental for me he told me I wasn't there for 4 years I am not loyal costumer and he doesn't see why would they have to be loyal to me. I always use Jeep to service my car not necessary Fairfield location for that exactly reason . I can't understand whats going on with costumer service any more. Sad to see how they tread clients. I guess I will go to buy my new Jeep somewhere else More

Quick In and OUT There is no better place to get your oil changed, tires rotated, and the basic 15 point checkup on the Jeep. Told it would take 90 minutes. Better than the drive-thru concerns where I have had my Oil dip stick fall out from under the car because they did not insert it during their mad speed rush. Not expensive given that they do a good job all the time. More

Service department was good,, helpful, kind, polite etc. however, I had to wait a month for the part to arrive! The part was a seat belt buckle for our family car...I have 3 kids but only 2 working seatbelt however, I had to wait a month for the part to arrive!
