Last Friday, I needed a car right away after 4 hours earlier, my previous Subaru was damaged beyond repair . (A big truck speeding towards me, forced me to crash into my guard rail. I was not injured at all.) called Subaru and Molly said to come right away. My husband brought me up and as Tracy who has sold us all our 5 Subarus had left, Joe behind the desk gave me Tai. He was very knowledgable and explained what he could offer. He went outside and brought a dark blue Impreza to show me. It was perfect, and Ryan helped me with all the paperwork and made copies for me to take home. Tai got me 2 young men who showed me all the inside so I could drive home - by that time, it was almost dark. I got home in time for dinner, and our dog, Kenzie, who has come with us many times to visit with you, approved when I got home.. Both Joe and Molly were welcoming and I couldn't have asked for a better team. We will never get any other make of car and when the weather is better, I'll bring Kenzie up to thank you all. More

I received a call from Ashley in the morning after dropping my car off the night prior just to let me know they had my vehicle and would look at it quickly. I had an issue with a slow leak in one of m dropping my car off the night prior just to let me know they had my vehicle and would look at it quickly. I had an issue with a slow leak in one of my tires. It was found out to be a nail and luckily they were able to patch it! They could have told me I needed a new tire, but they are honest and were able to fix it for a very reasonable price. When I went to pickup the vehicle, it was just after 5pm (when service dept closes), but John Cersoli took the time to get my paperwork and point me to my vehicle. Communication and service is always excellent at Center Subaru. Liza is always great at following up after appointments to make sure I am happy with the service. Thanks! More
