Our sales guy, Jonathan Villamar, was friendly, honest, and really helpful with his guidance. I test drove a couple of AWD vehicles with no hassle. The environment at the dealership is friendly, relaxed, and open. The trade-in process was easy, quick, and straight forward. The finance guy, James Sands, was really nice and honest. Overall, I would highly recommend Center Subaru as the dealership to go to when looking for your next vehicle. More

He explained everything, answered all our question with a smile and complete knowledge of the Crosstek. James was exactly the same going over all the paperwork with great detail. He made sure we understood everything before we left the dealership. Both Mike and James were gentleman and treated us like family, their parents should be proud. We drove 1hr 45 min to Torrington from NY after a recommendation from a co worker, and it was worth the trip!! Center made buying a car out of state a breeze and we saved a couple of thousand dollars from our local dealer. The associate that took amazing care of me and my car was Xylina Soto with some behind the scenes help from John Cersoli. She ran the diagnostics on my car (turned out the car reset itself) and even checked to be sure there were no recalls on the car. She did a fabulous job and I will definitely bring my vehicle back there for service! More
