I test drove several vehicles and left the same night without one. I was sold already due to the AWD but wanted to make sure I was not being impulsive. I left the dealership and there were no calls or pressure to buy. Can I say AWESOME. Four days later I went back and purchased a 2017 Legacy. I absolutely loved this car and when the time was right I went back to have my car services but wanted to know the value for a trade in. Mike Persechino IS THE BOMB!! He called me within a half hour gave me the most amazing quote and I knew I had to have the outback that day. I didn't make it easy after much negotiation and again never any pressure form anyone at Subaru I walked away with a 2019 Subaru Outback the same day. Mike was professional but does not take himself too serious, he is in the right job! Even Greg remembered me from the last car I pushed two years ago and I sat with him for only about 20 minutes the first time. It is so nice to walk into a dealership without pressure and having so many individuals know you by name. I seriously will never buy another brand of car, ever and as long as I am in Connecticut I will ALWAYS shop and service at Center Subaru, even if I had to drive an hour to get to the shop. Everyone there rocks! If I were you reading this review, don't think twice buy here and stay loyal they take the best care of you always! Amazing team! More
