Michael, Tracy, and Ryan are all so beyond wonderful, down-to-earth, and kind in every sense of the word. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I was driving this old, grumpy (as I call it) car that never down-to-earth, and kind in every sense of the word. I needed something I could drive that was safe, dependable, and affordable, being a grad student. I researched the crosstrek and instantly knew that was what I needed. It took my family and I a bit to actually go to a dealership though, as I was so worried there would be some guy forcing a deal I couldn't afford or making me look at a model I didn't care for. To my surprise once I got there I was met with the most courteous staff I've ever encountered. The three of the guys never pushed me into buying/opting for something I didn't want, made an effort to connect with us, made sure all our needs were met (even post-sale), answered every single question to their fullest ability, and were always professional & beyond considerate. We cannot thank all of them enough and their supporting staff for all their effort and dedication toward going the extra mile to make their clients happy. Thanks, y'all! More
