Everyone was very patient with my complicated situation! Having just purchased a new Impreza three weeks before, it was hard to me to think of replacing it and going through the whole process again. All of the staff were very patient with me and the complications of finance, choice, time frame, etc. Because I lost my March Subaru in an April auto accident I had to wait for insurance approval, etc. before proceeding with a replacement car that was exactly what I had before. Fortunately for me, everyone was very cooperative and helpful and it all worked out. I put a deposit down and they held a car for me for a few weeks until I could get all the finances feasible. It was very helpful to me as I was SO stressed out from the accident and they were very kind--especially Tracey Breen, my salesman. More

While I know the intention of the small talk was not coming from a negative or vindictive place, making fun of something like a sports team we following can be taken the wrong way by some - everyone's sense of humor is different - and it did rub me the wrong way.
