Walked me through everything very thorougly, answered all questions - as I was about to drive away, I discovered that the seat had gone into a pre-set configuration for the previous driver - it did this every time I restarted the car. Though he wasn’t sure himself how to fix it, he was relentless in finding someone who did know - he wouldn’t let me drive off the lot (nor did I want to, honestly!) without solving the problem.
