They let you be in control of deciding which vehicle you want to buy, no high pressure by them to sell you what they want to sell! Very friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you are visiting friends. The folks in service are also very friendly and knowledgeable, and go over everything they have done and what areas of your car may need attention in the near future. They are also very involved in local charities from what I understand having donated over $70,000 each year for the past 4-5 years! I would be hard pressed to believe that there is a better Subaru Dealership anywhere else in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, or Massachusettes!! GO THERE!!! More

He has been available after we drive away to address any questions or issues we may have after the purchase was made. Equally impressive has been the service department’s record. When at all possible, we return to have our cars serviced at Center Subaru, even at times having to bring a car back from out of state and having the service scheduled for a Saturday when we have access to the car. They are professional, timely, and are concerned that they do their best to address any car issue. The sales department listens to your needs and tries to match the right car to those needs. Tracy is a very good listener and gives clear and accurate advice about the features in each car. The service department does a fantastic job of explaining what they are doing and why it needs to be done. Their cost estimates are spot on as is their repair time lines. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable.. I would be hard pressed to find a better crew and friendlier place of business. Keep up the good work More
