The dealership itself was typical. I was a bit surprised that while we were waiting on Rob to check on the car we were interested in, we were not invited inside on a very cold evening. Rob could have done more to show us the car history and comparable vehicles in stock, and didn’t initially take us as serious buyers. Once he realized we were we were given an offer for the new car and the trade in, which was WAY under the blue book value. I was nearly out the door knowing that Center Subaru was trying to low ball me. Rob and the financial guy improved the offer that included fixing damage to the vehicle. This damage should not have even been an issue since it was their car and they’re trying to sell it. It should be given that the dealer should fix any damage to vehicle prior to making the sale. In addition, I was very disappointed to find that only one key was with the vehicle. I told Rob that it would cost two to $300 for a replacement key and he didn’t believe me. I just ordered a second key and it cost $262. Again this to me is unacceptable and should be included with the purchase of a car. He was mediocre at best. I did appreciate the fact though, that they did provide a loaner car and deliver a new vehicle to my house. My best advice is that the sales people should take every customer seriously and sell cars that are not damaged and that are in very good condition, and give customers a fair offer on the trade in. More

Made appointment for oil change/service. Took our car in right away, was out the door in 45 minutes. Gave me a rundown of tires, breaks, and fluids. Also told me what to expect next service at 60K.
