Truly a Great Experience My Subaru buying experience began at another local Subaru dealership, where I had planned to purchase a 2018 Impreza, based on the salesman’s promise My Subaru buying experience began at another local Subaru dealership, where I had planned to purchase a 2018 Impreza, based on the salesman’s promise of “amazing discounts” on that model year. Long story short: I did not get amazing discounts and the salesman was condescending, pressuring and evasive when asked simple questions. In short, it was the stereotypical sleazy car salesman experience. After leaving that dealership, I was frustrated and disappointed. I called Center Subaru and spoke to Tracy Breen. I told him about my experience with “the other guys” and he told me “I think we can put you in a 2019, and I think we can do it at a better price.” And he was right! Tracy was polite, friendly, professional and got right to the point. He gave me the “out the door” cost on a 2019 Impreza which was less than the 2018 the other guys had offered me, and without any of the back and forth haggling which I went through at the first place. I cannot speak highly enough about Tracy and the other folks I worked with (whos names are escaping me at the moment) at Center Subaru. I would highly recommend them (and specifically Tracy Breen) to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. More

We explained that we were out comparing cars and really had no intention of purchasing. Jonathan explained the couple cars we were looking at and told us to look around and that if we needed anything to let him know. We asked a few questions and since it was cold and windy I suggested we go inside to talk. He showed us the showroom and available facilities and seemed proud of the awards the car and dealership had received. We talked further and then decided on a test drive. We took a Forrester for a quick trip around and returned to the dealership. We sat and asked the price of the car. After receiving the pricing we were ready to leave. I had walked around the showroom a little more, then back to my wife. We sat a moment longer getting ready to leave. I asked her if we wanted to go further and she said, let's test drive again. So we did. We came back sat down to negotiate and decided to purchase a new Subaru Forrester Limited. The over all experience with the salesman and Manager, Joe was excellent. They both went overboard to answer our concerns, questions and explain the car and process. They did everything to satisfy us and make the deal. More
