Joe was, and continues to be, there every step of the way. He listened as I explained my needs and interests, and found ways to make things work logistically and within my time frame and budget. It was never about a sale, but entirely about helping me with where I needed to go, and developing a relationship built on trust, professionalism, and clear communication. When I arrived during a weekday to pickup the car, half an hour before closing, Joe and James had the paperwork prepared and stayed very late on a very, very rainy night so that I could drive by the time I needed to. In going above and beyond, well beyond the proverbial mile, or rather 36,000 miles, Joe has built a confidence between myself and the dealership so that I know that I can depend on them. I don't think I would have ever recommended a car dealership, but I highly recommend Center Subaru to all related persons. They always greeted me and offered me water or coffee (it’s like they knew my caffeine addiction or something...) and were so kind. Nobody hounded me, nobody made me feel uncomfortable. A smile and some helpfulness goes a long way with me. I knew I immediately wanted to give them my business and they took care of me every step of the way. After visiting other dealers closer to us and doing a lot of comparison shopping for a CPO Subaru, we found a listing for a Forester at Center that checked all our boxes for a very attractive price. We decided to make the trek out to Torrington, and are glad we did - Joe made the sales experience painless and enjoyable, and Greg's no-nonsense, no pressure approach to finalizing the sale was refreshing.
