This department definitely deserves the title, "SERVICE". My Legacy was given a major tune up and new brakes. I was given a loaner and the whole process took 2 days. One of the most important reasons that I keep coming back to my Subaru dealer for service is that the service personnel treat me with respect and continually demonstrate that I, their customer, am important to them. beyond helpful I needed a new car in a hurry because a drunk driver crossed a double yellow and totaled my car, a Subaru Outback, and two other cars.
