We just bought our fourth Forester, and intermittently we bought or leased three additional Subaru models for other family members. It is nice to know that one can approach the process of buying a car knowing that one will be treated fairly and with respect, that there will be no foolishness or pressure tactics. Needless to say, over twenty years we have dealt extensively with the Service department as well as with Sales; and they too are professional and direct in their dealings.
