Welcoming Attitude, Helpful Staff I needed help with an airbag recall on my Outback which involved getting the part and setting up an appointment. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and happy to help, even getting a loaner car lined up. Maria (I think) answered my call and got me over to Mary and Liza who made everything a breeze. I have a pretty busy schedule and I presumed it would be tough to get a reasonable appointment set up, but they were especially accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a more hassle-free experience and I'm pleasantly surprised. More

Very helpful! I used to go to Mitchell Subaru in Canton, but I always felt like they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I starting panicking because I was literally on the route toward Tampa that day and could not be delayed too much. I immediately texted a person I knew who worked at the Center Subaru, Liza. She was extremely helpful and my car was checked out and serviced quickly! Quality customer service! I will never go to the other one again! Torrington is the place to go. More
