Instead of leaving me confused, he cleared up any gray areas in my mind by knowing his models well and creating a picture in my mind of the most important features. I test drove the Crosstrek & the Forrester with James and he was both personable and relaxing to be with. His confidence in Subaru - quality of product & service gave me confidence that I was making the right choice chosing Subaru.
