My recent purchase of the 2017 Crosstrek was completely without hassles or pressure, Tracy Breen and General Manager Andy Maiolo were wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond at every step of the purchase process. Needless to say, with 13 years between my trade-in Forester and the new car, a LOT has changed! Tracy was endlessly patient and thorough in explaining all the new toots, whistles, doodads and gizmos (though he DID use more professional terms) and made sure I knew I could call or return as needed with additional questions. The first priority of the whole team is to have happy customers rather than simply selling cars, and it shows. More

We've shopped, but not bought, at three other Subaru dealers in the Western Mass/Connecticut area. Center is the best dealership by far. Mr Blue asked what we wanted and showed it to us. He was straightforward in his answers to our questions, no made up or incorrect answers just to answer the question. The final price process is not to my liking, but I know that all dealerships do this back and forth negotiation routine and this was not too bad as negotiations go. We've also used the service department for six Subarus and have found them to be very good. More

What impressed us more than anything is the quality of the teaching in the use of the car. Over the years, motor vehicles have become much more technical, and of course, much safer. Learning all the new features is challenging for the sales personnel, as well as the drivers, but we were taught thoroughly and patiently. It will take some time for me to feel completely comfortable with all the features, but I will get there eventually. More

Jonathan was able to show me all the ins and outs of the car and showed me how to hook up the Bluetooth for my phone. Car was fully gassed and clean.
