I had previously gone to two dealerships closer to home, but had unsatisfactory experiences with both. 2 ½ years ago I needed a major engine repair with 32,000 miles on my Forester. Bertera Subaru in West Springfield, where I'd bought the car, refused to honor the warrantee or even investigate what had happened. I heard good things about the service department at Center Subaru from local mechanics so I had the car towed there. John Cersoli in the service department was extremely thorough in determining the damage and dealt with the corporate office of Subaru to get the repair done under the warrantee. So when I decided I needed a new car, I returned to Center Subaru. Our sales consultant was James Sands, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He went to bat for us to get the deal we wanted, and made sure that all the paperwork was done in a timely way. I'm very happy with my new car, and when I need another I will certainly go back to Center Subaru. More

It was terrific! Upon arrival my daughter and I were given a tour of the facility, that has never happened before and we were offered water, coffee and/or snacks.
