She kept me extremely informed throughout the entire process- she let me know when the order was placed, when it arrived at the port, and when it was delivered to the dealership. Admittedly, I can be difficult to work with but Marysa was willing to look into/entertain any questions/requests I had. She followed up on questions very quickly, and was very upfront with what was and wasn't possible. There was no pressure whatsoever in the process. It was such a pleasure to work with Marysa. Although I would never have chosen a dealership so far from my home ordinarily, I bought my first brand new car from Center without looking anywhere else. They sent a driver to pick me up (1 hour drive each way). The salesman was very considerate, friendly and low-key. The Forester was exactly what I wanted, ready for me to test drive. It will take much longer for me to get used to the new technology the car uses than it did for me to make up my mind to buy it. I have confidence that everyone at Center will cheerfully help me through the learning process. More
