The only slight negative was that the trade-in value of our Civic was at the lowest end of the initial estimate, which considering the condition and mileage of the car seemed stingy, and any further negotiation was rebuffed. We're not talking huge dollars here, so it wasn't a deal breaker. And everything else went very smoothly for us, so our overall experience was quite good. More

I'm a mechanical engineer by degree and was very familiar with the technology and safety features of Subaru. This was my 3rd purchase of a Subaru in the last 19 years. All in good running order. Jonathon was right there answering my questions and if he was unsure about any detail he immediately sought out the answer for me. Arranging to pick up the car was trouble free, Jonathan and his team took care of all the details for me. I just had to show up and drive away with my new car.
