I had been looking for some time to replace my 2003 Outback so when I saw this 2013 Impreza advertised on the Center Subaru Website, I immediately called Majid whom I had met on the lot one day while I was browsing the inventory of used vehicles. I asked if the car was still available, set up an appointment for that evening so my husband and I could take a test drive and the rest is history. The purchase went very smoothly. From the first time we saw the car to the day we drove it away as the new owners was approximately 2 weeks. I knew what I wanted, found it, bought it, end of story. We never felt any pressure from Majid. He let us know that he wanted us to be happy and we are! A few days later they called and I rushed down to see the car. The salesman I had been in contact with, Ray Demirali, had the car ready for me to view and test drive. After looking over the car we made a deal; it was quick and painless. It also helps the car was priced right from the start and not jacked up like most dealers tend to do. Everyone at the dealer was extremely friendly and pleasant and overall it was a painless experience as it should be. More

Great start! I had been searching for a new Legacy and Center Subaru kept coming up as one of the dealership I should consider. I live in NY about 60 miles away but for a good deal its worth the ride. I met Frank Marchion late one evening and he discussed my needs and he showed me what he had to offer. He was very low key and I didn't feel pressured to make any quick decisions. He told me about their LIFETIME drive train warranty and I was sold. Frank had to bring in a model with the features I wanted but had it there in two days. Bottom line is the buying experience was a complete pleasure! I would highly recommend Frank AND Center Subaru to anyone. My opinion is that service is more important than the buying experience long term. So I found several colleagues at work have bought and serviced Subaru's at Center Subaru for years. Every one of them highly recommended Center Subaru for their fantastic service. I'm looking forward to a great long term relationship with Center Subaru. More

One reason why we chose our Outback (over the Honda CRV) was because Ray listened right from the get go where as other dealerships gave us hassle and pushed for sales. You can expect attention when you need it, and room to breath (and think!) when you don't. More

I generally hate new car shopping, but Jonathan found a way to make it enjoyable - he was friendly, helpful, forthright, and low-pressure. He spent lots of time with us answering all of our questions and helping us make the right choice for our family. We also really enjoyed working with Spiro, who was very patient in presenting our options and guiding us through the decisions. He also helped us navigate a little SNAFU (not his or Center Subaru's fault) with the DMV and in the process saved us a ton of time and headaches, which I deeply appreciated. More
