We ‘d done our research and visited several other dealerships prior to our trip to Center Subaru, but Mike’s professionalism, commitment to meeting all of our needs (safety features, amenities, pricing options, etc.), and his low pressure sales style made us confident in our decision to go with Center Subaru. He also worked closely with the management team, particularly Joe Cabrera, who ensured that we received a generous trade in value on my former car and facilitated a seamless encounter from start to finish. My husband and I both come from backgrounds in sales, so we can easily spot integrity and efficiency in a sales interaction. James was not pushy and after receiving the initial out the door offer (for a color that was not preferred) and mentioning had the True Market Value from Consumer Reports, the sales manager, Joe, came back with an offer (for the color wanted) that I couldn't refuse. The initial offer that I received from center subaru was $1269 higher than my lowest offer. I was assured that they would beat that price or give me $1000. The sales manager, Joe Cabrera, took over the email negotiations and not only beat my lowest offer, but by a significant amount! I made an appointment for the next day to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Jonathan Villamar was assigned as my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions I had. The entire transaction was seamless. There were no last minute surprises and everything was exactly as we had agreed to. Both Jonathan and Joe were a pleasure to work with. We financed the vehicle and also had the pleasure of working with Spiro on the business side. I will be recommending these guys to my friends and family. More

Made the right choice! I had been looking for a used Outback and visited various used car dealerships but never felt comfortable with any of them. Then I took a ride up to Torrington and met with Robert Blue. He handed me the keys to a couple of Outbacks and said "have fun and take your time". He explained everything I needed to know about the car and was very fair during the negotiations. Then the final purchase and completion of the paperwork went much quicker than I have experienced before. The finance guy, Spiro, made the whole process go very smoothly. I have no reservations recommending Center Subaru to anyone. More

You could tell he knew what he was walking about and even though I wasn't able to purchase a car at that particular time he still checked up to see if I had found anything and asked if I was interested in any of the new trades that just came in. He was understandable when it came to numbers and knew that what I came in with as a figure, I wasn't willing to change, it was nice to feel like I wasn't being pressured. More
