Four and a half hours and still waiting I tried to make an appointment for my 40,000 mile check-up. I was told I had to use the Express Service although I asked to make an appointment instea I tried to make an appointment for my 40,000 mile check-up. I was told I had to use the Express Service although I asked to make an appointment instead. I was told I had to use the Express Service. Once my car was serviced I was told I needed brakes. Both front and back were in the "service now" zone. I did not want to drive home with this problem as it is a long and hilly drive. Because I did not have an appointment, which I was not allowed to make, I was told it would take a few hours. I was offered a loaner but was uncomfortable doing that due to driving conditions. One employee was trying to be helpful by offering a service to shop while I waited. However, l just wanted to get my car before the roads froze. At four hours I asked to speak to the service manager who told me I could have made an appointment. I reiterated that I requested an appointment but was denied. He told me he was going to check on the status of my car. That was 45 minutes ago and I haven't seen him since. I have now been here a few minutes shy of five hours. I am shocked at how little concern this dealership has for the customers. More

Extremely Pleasent Visit I am in the early stages of looking for a car (preferably a Subaru) and reluctantly made the 45 minute trip to Center Subaru in Torrington. David was very easy to talk to and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. He gave me a brief tour of all the facilities there, which were very impressive. I didn't feel any pressure from David that I had to make a decision that day, but I did feel that he and Center Subaru would go out of its way to find just the right car for me, even if it wasn't on the lot. I am highly considering going back there for another visit and will definitely consider Center Subaru when it's time to make my purchase. More
