We did some research and made a list of vehicles that would work for us while keeping within our budget. Visiting other dealerships in the area was incredibly disappointing! Most of the salesmen were pushy and condescending and these people began to ruin what started as an exciting experience for us. We were feeling discouraged until we walked into Center Subaru. The atmosphere was immediately inviting and comfortable. Frank Marchion greeted us with kindness, helping us to recapture our enthusiasm. He was the antithesis of every other dealership's 'salesmen'! He was personable and a true pleasure to work with! Frank genuinely listened to us and pinpointed the vehicle that would exactly fit our families needs; a Crosstrek. When Center Subaru didn't have a Crosstrek in stock that met all of our criteria, Frank located one and had it brought in for us. We couldn't be happier with the attentive support that Frank Marchion and Spiro Mavredakis provided for our family. Before going in, I wanted to make sure that it was feasible. I had purchased a 2015 Mazda CX5 and wasn't happy. So because my loan was relatively new, I was nervous that they wouldn't be able to help me. I worked with Ray Demirali, and let me tell you, HE IS AMAZING. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about entire process. I was able to get in to a new 2017 Subaru Forrester, with everything I wanted. To me, finding a save vehicle was the top of my priority list as my husband and I are looking to start a family. I never expected that I was able to get MORE than what I wanted within my budget. Ray answered all of my questions, and was able to help me take my car home within just a few days. I highly recommend anyone to go see Ray, he will do his best to help you leave a happy customer! Joe took the time to find out if we wanted a new type of car and what we wanted it to include, he then asked us about colors. He brought our chosen car around, we test drove it and told him we wanted it. Very easy to do the paperwork and the financing. The people at Center Subaru are always nice and pleasant, there is always someone around to open the door for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives. They don't make them like Joe anymore! I am 55 years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my life. I just got my third Subaru Outback through Joe Kolosky at Center Subaru, with this bei I am 55 years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my life. I just got my third Subaru Outback through Joe Kolosky at Center Subaru, with this being the first time I had to get an Automatic given Subaru has discontinued the standard in the Outback. Joe really understood how important driving a stick has been to me over the decades and bent over backwards to let me try all the options: a Forrester with a Standard, the 2017 Outback 4 cylinder, and the 3.6R 6 cylinder. We spent hours together and I had a chance to spend a good amount of time in the cars. He really cared about my concerns. Anyway, together we decided that the power of the 3.6R made up for the lost stick, and I was away. Also, back in 2014 Joe found me one of the very few manual Outbacks that was available in the U.S. and brought it to Center Subaru. Joe is an extremely good ambassador for the Subaru brand and a very nice man. More
