Worst car buying experience in my LIFE! I knew what I wanted to buy plus 4 simple extra. I would have taken any of three colors to get what I wanted. I drove 3 hours to get there and spent 4.25hrs at the dealership for some unknown reason, and still have to go back to get the dimming mirrors that I wanted as they had NONE in stock. I can't believe that no one else wanted those nor was there another car that had them installed. I told them when I arrived at noon (& sever times later) that I had an appointment at noon that was completely ignored. I got the "salesman" run-around that were mostly untruths. Salesman didn't listen to what I wanted. Over paid for car, just to get away from them. I never got an itemized bill so that I know what I paid for. More

My sales rep brought me back to this dealership. This was my fourth Subaru purchase. I am pleased with the 2017 outback. I did not particularly care for the Forrester, simply wasn't my style, but the cargo room was awesome. The outback handles well, the interior is sleek, love the all black with little matte chrome exposed. I like the dash board set up nothing too extravagant. HATE THE CUP HOLDERS YET AGAIN THEY HAVE FAILED IN THIS DEPARTMENT. With that note of disgust my sales rep Robert took care of me and gave me the rubber mats I also had to have. Very fair in my favor. I have long since felt they failed in the cup holders since my first subie 2009 legacy. One would think that the selling point of a Subaru is the part about traveling all over anywhere, any condition so we need to travel with our fluids. Lots of water, coffee, or tea. I don't travel anywhere without my water bottle, which does not fit, and for this I have to travel with it sitting on the passenger seat. Other than that so far so good. This car will be a good friend to me for the next three years until I upgrade into the newer model which I pray will enhance the cup holder situation. I know people who have left a brand for far less issues! More

They did not have it on their lot, but after a few days of searching, Mike (the salesman that helped me), found it for me! He helped me with my trade (13 year old Legacy), and made sure I was happy with the purchase, which I am. I would also like to mention Kit, who finalized the sale.
