I stumbled upon a GEM! I live in NYC and have not had a car in 25 years. I searched various dealerships in CT and NJ that had inventory of what I was looking for. After calling a few (and not crazy about the level of support) I called Central Subaru. Sure it was a shlep, but well worth every min and mile! Not only did their team (especially Joe Kolosky, Maria and Andy) take care of me from the time I called to when I drove off the lot, they made it a painless experience. Enjoyable, really. I felt like family. I have never owned a Suburu but am so happy with my car, the dedication to their customers, the service and overall care. I am happy to be a part of the Subaru family. Center Subaru is exceptional I recently bought a used 2015 WRX from Center Subaru. The car had high miles for a 2015, but the price was spot on. It was actually the lowest priced I recently bought a used 2015 WRX from Center Subaru. The car had high miles for a 2015, but the price was spot on. It was actually the lowest priced 15 WRX within 200 miles. I originally worked with Frank, but the car was not available at the time of my first visit. I went back the following day around noon (Frank's day off) to drive the vehicle and spoke with Jonathan. He went on my test drive and was very helpful. I went back after work to make an offer, and Jonathan was with another customer, so I spoke with Joe. There was minimal negotiation, and I got the car for the price I wanted. All three salesmen were very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure working with them. F&I was also a very smooth process. Everything was clearly laid out and explained, and the guy I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. All in all, my experience with Center Subaru was very pleasant. I'd certainly do business with them again, and I'd recommend all of my friends and family to checking out Center Subaru as I found them to be a fair and honest dealership. More
