Lou was extremely helpful supplying me with various payment amounts that I would be able to chose from. I contacted him several times with various questions and always took the time to answer them for me. I finally decided on the Forester. Pick up day was fantastic. Everything was in place and after paperwork and explanation of the vehicle's operations I drove my new car home. Thank you again for the expert customer service I received. Excellent Service - trustworthy and knowledgeable I bought my first Subaru as a used car at Center Subaru about 20 years back, the day I was to pick up the car they called and told me the car would no I bought my first Subaru as a used car at Center Subaru about 20 years back, the day I was to pick up the car they called and told me the car would not be ready as there was an issue with the AWD - a couple days later they called and told me they put in a new transmission (no cost to me) and the car was ready. They gave me a 3 year 50K mile warranty on the new tranny. I would never have known the AWD was not working properly until perhaps when winter arrived which would be after the warranty period expired - they won a customer. Since then all repairs and maintenance have been done on my Subarus at Center Subaru. Bob Charette, Service Advisor, is fantastic to work with - I find him trustworthy, knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. The few issues we have had over the years were fixed the first time. When you have a scheduled appointment service is completely quickly so I just wait. I just purchased my 7th Subaru, a 2 year old Legacy, from David Robinson in March 2016. I was not planning to purchase a car, just browsing while my old car was being serviced. Dave asked if he could help and I told him no but a car caught my eye so I later reached out to Dave. We took the car for a spin - Dave was not pushy, he was friendly and knew everything about the car. I wanted a hood protector put on the car and he had it installed while we did the paper work. He also setup the Bluetooth for the cell phone and checked in after the purchase to see if there was anything we needed. Great experience. More

Amazing customer service! I saw a Mazda online for sale at this dealership so I drove down just to take a look. I never thought I'd be able to drive away the same day in it. The finance department worked quickly and wouldn't take no for an answer from the banks and got me a loan and into the car and driving home within a couple hours! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I highly suggest going to Center Subaru and seeing Dave for a car! (I'm sorry I can't remember the finance guy's name but he's amazing) More

Savannah's new car I have bought many new cars over the years including BMW's, MB's and Porsche's. All of them far more money than the relatively humble Subaru Impreza t I have bought many new cars over the years including BMW's, MB's and Porsche's. All of them far more money than the relatively humble Subaru Impreza that my Mother-in-Law recently purchased. I did the deal and the pickup with Savannah and regardless of the purchase price I have never been more impressed with the transparency of the transaction or the efficiency of the delivery process as managed by Tracy Breen and the finance department. I think my Mother-in-Law learned more about modern technology in the new car walk through than she thought she would ever know. And I am so pleased that she now has her phone hooked up to the internal speaker system! Great dealership and thanks again Tracy. More
