On our return, Lou was unavailable and David Robinson took the purchase the rest of the way. Both Lou and David took care of every request and answered every question. David even gave us a pet barrier he had in his personal possession. Our only issue was the long wait time for the title to be obtained, but this was not the fault of the dealership. Also, paint protection may have been a bit of an oversell. I am not sure if this was much of a value, but time will tell. Overall, a good experience. More

We were supposed to look at ~ 5 more cars that day - but we decided to just buy this one. First car we looked at, and drove - we bought. In at 10:30, out by 12:30 ( to come back in 2 days to pick car up) Not sure if we got the very best price - the price seemed fair, we didn't even haggle. They were definitely not high pressure, but they did exalt the virtues of the Subaru !! So easy and painless, I made sure my children understood this was not the way car buying usually goes - it is usually not this easy.... I am including Majiid in this review because my sister bought a car from him this past spring. She had driven down from Rochester when her old Subaru completely died. She had it towed to Center Subaru, and then because she needed a car to get back - went looking. Majjid made it all happen in 1 day and she still loves the Cross Trek. It did take all day but she had to get financing and it was a Saturday... Not too many banks open.. but the dealership helped her and gave her financing. More
