Lou was very good about returning calls and answering questions, I am a very particular person and Lou was very understanding and able to get all of my questions answered. When the car made it to the lot at the dealership Lou sent me many pictures of the car with and without the protective plastic. I came back within 2 days after I had done some personal fact finding and was ready to buy a Subaru. I placed my order for a Forester 2016 it arrived November 30, 2015 picked it up on December 1, 2016 and drove it home without a problem. Everything was taken care of for me including the notorious MVD. Dave Robinson is excellent, knows his cars, is courteous and very professional. More
