First new car purchase in 11 years at Cener Subaru I recently purchased a 2016 WRX from Center Subaru and dealt with Lou Credidio as my salesman. Upon my arrival for my appointment I was notified that I recently purchased a 2016 WRX from Center Subaru and dealt with Lou Credidio as my salesman. Upon my arrival for my appointment I was notified that all salesmen were currently busy and I would have to wait. Lou was the only salesman to come to my aid and ask me what I was interested in. Throughout the sales process he never pushed a single option and always wanted to know exactly what I was looking for. The process of test driving, selecting the trim level and options for the vehicle was easy with Lou as he simply wanted to see me get what I wanted. Lou was in contact with me and very pleasant to deal with for the three weeks it took me to make a decision. In closing the sale Lou and the sales manager at Center Subaru were both wonderful to deal with. There was no hard sales pitch and all additional packages such as extended warranties and the “environmental protection package” were simply mentioned never more than a word or two asking if I was interested. This no stress, what I want nothing more approach made buying a car from Center Subaru and Lou very easy. Having dealt with Center Subaru for service needs on my girlfriends car previously and with my pleasant buying experience with Lou I feel confident recommending Lou Credidio and Center Subaru to friends and family who may be interested in purchasing a new Subaru.
