Joe had the car being delivered with everything I wanted and gave me a loaner Subaru Outback for a wee I started out ordering a Subaru Impreza sport. During that week I decided the Impreza would be too low to the ground for me. When he called to say my car was in I told him I didn't want it. I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek instead. He was able to find me the perfect Crosstrek. The Crosstrek happened to be on the lot, but Joe went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I absolutely love the Crosstrek.
