The sale process with such a large purchase can be uncomfortable; but I did not feel any anxiety with this purchase. When I picked up the car; all was in order as agreed to. Joe spent well over an hour with me on explaining the controls and a feature or two of the car that I otherwise, would never have known about. as such, I requested that Joe put Center Subaru plate brackets over both my front and rear license plates. And was able to drive away feeling very comfortable with my purchase. More

Although the car needs a couple of minor repairs I wasn't told about, I still give them 4 stars as he was truthful about the car being in excellent condition. I've had the car for a few days and I am loving it. Only major disappointment is no warranty on the car, but it is a used vehicle. I would definitely recommend them! Mike Persechino i searched a long time, going from dealership to dealership, and center Subaru was the only place that helped me in the way I needed. Mike Persechino was very helpful in helping me not only to make a choice on my vehicle but answering all my questions I had. Unlike any of the other salespeople from the other dealerships I had experienced, Mike Persechino actually listened to what I had to say and answered the questions that I had asked.. And didn't skip my questions to asked his own instead. I got to see my options that I liked and not what they thought I should have.
