This last vehicle was a surprise for my husband for his 40th birthday and Joe and Andy expedited the sale for me and made it so easy! We don't feel like, "customers". We feel more like friends. We will continue to buy all of our vehicles through only Center Subaru. Joe always asks about my boys, remembering what sports they play, what schools they go to, and what cars they are interested in. Andy always greets us with a big friendly smile and always has time to say hi and makes sure to ask about the family as well, including to have me say hi from him. They don't try to just sell a car, they make sure it is what you want, therefor, I trust them, which is much different from the average dealerships and car dealers. Never have we ever felt any pressure from Joe, on the contrary, he will let me know if he thinks it's a good vehicle for my current situation, and find me something that fits my needs much better. We have NEVER been disappointed! We feel very welcome, satisfied, and actually cared about when buying from Center Subaru, Joe, and Andy. I have, and will continue to recommend both Joe and Andy to more friends and family! More

Beginning with John, the Internet Manager who politely and quickly responded to my initial inquiry, to Miles, the General Sales manager who took an immediate interest in my search, to Frank who actually delivered the car and spent a good deal of time, very patiently explaining all the complicated controls. Most importantly, I have to commend Joe Kolosky, the man who actually Made The Sale. He is a most friendly man and it was a real pleasure to chat with him before the actual purchase and discuss the options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or lease and we ended up being friends, I hope. I also hope to be able to add Joe to my list of neighborhood friends and share more than just "car talk". David did an excellent jon, as did everyone there. Gave me the best trade in value on a car I have ever gotten, were very friendly, super easy to work with, and worked very quickly to get me into my new car. I recently was stoped by a couple while leaving a funeral who asked e about my car and how I liked it. Turned out we were very similar, they were trading in an Audi and I traded in a Volvo, both had dogs, etc. I told them about the wonderful experience I had and they asked what dealership I had bought the car from. I told then Center Subaru in Torrington and highly recommended them and my slaesman, David Robinson. More
